How much does it cost?
The recommended retail price for a MILO in2CRICKET program is $75 including GST. Some centres may charge a higher fee to cover any additional costs to the program so prices may vary. Please contact your centre coordinator for further information.
How do I register?
You can register your child online by visiting the Club Finder and searching for your most convenient MILO in2CRICKET centre.
Where is my nearest centre?
Head to the Club Finder and type in your postcode. You will be directed to a list of your local centres, where you’ll find all the relevant contact details and start times.
What can I expect at MILO in2CRICKET?
An example of what you can expect at a typical MILO in2CRICKET session includes:
- - Fun warm up games and activities
- - Fun activities that teach kids the fundamental skills of cricket including catching, throwing, bowling and batting.

How do I order MILO in2CRICKET centre equipment?
You can order MILO in2CRICKET centre equipment via your clubs MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management section in MyCricket. You will be directed to the Order Management System (OMS) where you can place a new order for a full kit, a sundry kit or for single items.
What equipment do I receive for my MILO in2CRICKET centre?
Depending on your affiliated state, you may be eligible for a voucher to purchase centre equipment. Please contact the MILO in2CRICKET Helpdesk on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38) for more details.
Who do I contact if I am having trouble setting up my MILO in2CRICKET Centre?

Who do I contact if I wish to have support in the delivery of my program?
Please contact your Regional Cricket Manager for any support required. If you do not have their contact details, please contact the MILO in2CRICKET Helpdesk on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38) and they can give you your local Regional Cricket Manager’s contact information.
How do I register participants for my program myself?
We strongly encourage all MILO in2CRICKET participants to register and pay online which can be done on a computer or a mobile device. This will eliminate the need for you to have to enter any participant details into MyCricket.
If you have participants that are unable to register online, please contact the MILO in2CRICKET at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
How do I pay for the packs I have ordered?
We strongly encourage all MILO in2CRICKET participants to register and pay online which can be done on a computer or a mobile device. Online payments are automatically processed and received by your State Cricket Association so you will not need to handle cash payments.
If you have taken cash payments you will be invoiced by your State Cricket Association for the cost of the participant registration fees. If you have any questions regarding payment, please email the MILO in2CRICKET Helpdesk at email@example.com.
How do I provide my clubs bank account details to MyCricket?
We ask that all MILO in2CRICKET Coordinators discuss with their clubs treasurer about bank details. It may be that your club has already provided MyCricket with bank details however we ask that you review your clubs bank details to ensure there are no complications during the season. If you require assistance please contact the MILO in2CRCIKET Helpdesk on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
How can I contact last year’s participants?
Last year’s participants can be contacted on the Centre Management page in MyCricket.
How do I contact this year’s participants?
When you have activated your MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management there is a specific green tile for emailing this season’s participants, which can be used to promote information regarding your centre. This email has a specifically designed template for your centre – you simply need to type in the details of your program.
How do I order medals for my participants?
You can order MILO in2CRICKET participant medals on the Order Management System. Click on the ‘Centre Equipment’ tile, select your item and quantity, and follow the payment prompts to complete your order. Medals will need to be paid for at the point of checkout by credit/debit card.
How can I track the delivery of the packs I have ordered?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from DTY with Australia Post tracking information. If you can’t find your packs’ tracking details, please contact the MILO in2CRICKET helpdesk 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
My packs are missing items who do I contact to have the order rectified?
If you are missing items from your order you can log into the Order Management System where you originally ordered the packs and create a ‘support ticket’ using the support tab.
I think I am missing participant packs or part of my order?
If you feel your order hasn’t been fulfilled it may be worth waiting a few days as we can’t guarantee Australia Post will be able to deliver all items at the same time. If they have not arrived within a few days of each other, please contact the MILO in2CRICKET helpdesk 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
How do I create a support ticket for DTY?
You can create a DTY support ticket by visiting the Order management System where you place your orders through MyCricket and click on the support tab.
How can I organise for my order to be express posted?
Coordinators have the option of requesting Express Post and you will need to agree to the terms and conditions. Express post will need to be paid for up front at a flat rate per 7 packs.
Why can I only place orders for participants that appear on the Order Management System?
Packs can only be ordered for participants who have registered for the program. By having all your participants register online this will remove any administration burden for coordinators as you will otherwise have to chase up any pack types or shirt sizes. This will also ensure that parents who register their children online receive the exact pack they have requested.
How do I organise school visits to promote my centre?
School visits are organised through your Regional Cricket Manager, if you would like your Regional Cricket Manager’s contact details please call the MILO in2CRICKET Helpdesk on 1800 CRICKET (1800 274 25 38).
Where do I get my promotional flyers and poster from for this season?
This season all promotional material will be downloadable on the MILO in2CRICKET Centre Management section in MyCricket or the MyCricket Community website for you to edit for your specific centre and print at the club.
I have registered my child for the wrong program / wrong club and need to request a refund, how do I do this?
Cricket Australia will only consider a request for refund to the MILO T20 Blast or the MILO in2CRICKET program(s) in the following circumstances:
- The request for refund is made 7 days prior to the commencement of the registered program or if the program is cancelled at no fault of the participant;
- the participant has enrolled in the incorrect program and wishes to transfer to either the MILO T20 Blast or the MILO in2CRICKET program as applicable; or
- 50% of program sessions are cancelled by the registered MILO T20 Blast or MILO in2CRICKET centre due to inclement weather.
